Story[]
When the quest Lingering Love begins, a Dismal Woman in Stormhail is left pining over the necklace that Eugis gifted to her before vanishing without a trace. Depending on the actions taken by the player, the Dismal Woman overcomes her love for him in one of two ways: either she embraces her freedom when she loses the necklace, or she reunites with Eugis and realizes how empty his promises are, leading her to peace without him.
Eugis lingers in Merry Hills, complaining that none of the local women will talk to him.
