Pencil No! Match, no! You have been eliminated!

Pencil is a female contestant in Battle for Dream Island, Battle for Dream Island Again, Battle for BFDI, and Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two. She has an alliance with Match and Bubble. When Match was eliminated in Half a Loaf Is Better Than None, Pencil "substituted" Ice Cube in for her. Pencil at that point had not received a vote until the episode The Reveal, thanks to the YouTube user englishcreamcakes.

In Reveal Novum, she was put up for elimination (despite winning the most points) due to the point board only holding 2 digit numbers (she earned enough points to go to 100, eventually dropping her in the low number range, of 105 to 5 points). In Rescission, Pencil was eliminated with 259 votes, giving her 9th place in the competition. She was a driver in Get In The Van. She was the first one eliminated in Battle for BFDI with 4,595 votes. She is 5' 3" tall.

In many fanfics, she is in an alliance with Match and Bubble and she is also the captain of their alliance. In the upcoming fanfic Pencil vs. Batman, Pencil is married to Pen and have six nephews and nieces (Pencil Jr., Pen Jr., Yaretzi, Zona, Qalam-Rassas, and Cil). She is also a character in RFVP parts 1, 2 and 3. She is the hero in Pencil vs. Batman.

Appearance

Pencil appears to be a No. 2 graphite pencil, a pencil most commonly used for writing. Her tip is beige, her graphite is a dark grey, and her main body is 3 shades of orange. Her metal is silver, and her eraser is pink. Between BFDI and BFDIA, her eyes and mouth were moved closer together.

Personality

In Battle for Dream Island, Pencil was usually nice to most of the other contestants, with a few exceptions such as Ice Cube (before she substituted Match in the alliance), Blocky, and mainly, Spongy. She usually stuck around her alliance and would stick up for the other members if anyone harassed them, as seen in episodes like "Don't Lose Your Marbles" where she called out Snowball for popping Bubble.

In Battle for Dream Island Again, Pencil started building more rivalries with other characters and took over as the alliance leader, forming FreeSmart. She also notably exhibits more sociopathic tendencies, from leaving Team No-Name behind inside Evil Leafy to win, to being much more manipulative, as well as being much crueler, as she does actions ranging from not caring about Gelatin saving Match's life in "Zeeky Boogy Doog", berating Bubble for popping, and in "No More Snow!", yelling at Ruby to the point of tears. Even then, she cared for her alliance members.

In IDFB, Pencil more or less acts the same, but is much nicer towards her alliance. In "Welcome Back", Pencil reveals that she doesn't really care about Match being trapped in the TLC, and calls her a little too "needy".

In Battle for BFDI, Pencil seems to be bossier and more manipulative, seeing that she tells Lightning to shock anyone she doesn't like (e.g.: Spongy, Flower, Fanny). She also verbally berated her alliance-mates to a higher extent, as she demoted Bubble to "bember" for trying to stop Lightning from zapping Flower. In the same episode, she proceeded to tease Bubble of her nickname when she tries to convince Lightning not to zap Fanny.

Pencil acts noticeably more calm since she joined the EXIT. Leafy explained to Four that Pencil likes to exclude anyone who isn't apart of her clique, being her alliance, or in this case gender. This holds true based on her behavior in past seasons. Pencil shows that she's still very loyal to her alliance, this being her reason to rejoin BFB.

But in Star-Bling BFDI, Pencil is more nicer, thanks to letting Ice Cube joining her alliance. Though her aggressive game strategy is still present AND REQUIRED in order to tutor Ice Cube about Self Defense. Unlike in canon, Pencil's team requirement is that ALL contestants must FORM AN ALLIANCE OF THEIR OWN rather than specifically joining hers (And Bubble's, Match's and Ice Cube's), for example, Gembooks, Greenflames and Bluejays.

Star-Bling!Pencil also became a surrogate parental figure for Ruby, such as encouraging her to play the game strong but fair, be firm with her if she doubts herself, and comfort her when she's badly hurt. She is also willing to listen to different ideas from her teammates, and is willing to experiment on wilder game plans that on paper should NOT have worked. Also, unlike in canon, Pencil appoints Bubble as Co-Captain for the latter's more proactive game plan.

In Pencil vs. Batman, Pencil and Pen have six nephews and nieces.

• Pencil Jr. is the oldest niece who is 13 years old. (No worries, time goes differently when it comes to objects.) She dated Nickel, but broke up with him shortly before the Inanimate Insanity episode The Arena of Death. She looks exactly like her mother, unsurprisingly, but instead of the three shades of orange, it is rather a gradient.
• Pen Jr. is the second oldest brother (10 years) He looks like Pen but with a lighter shade of blue.
• Yaretzi is one of the two 'twin sisters'. She is nearly always optimistic and has a green Y on her head to distinguish her from her sister. It apparently is Aztec for You will always be loved.(http://www.babynames.com/name/Yaretzi)
• Zona is the younger of the twins. She is somewhat selfish and has a red Z on her head. She was named after the neighborhood in Mexico City (Zona Rosa) where Pencil and Pen went on honeymoon. She resembles Pencil with a blue eraser and without a point, like her sister.
• Qalam-Rassas is the second youngest. His name means 'pencil' in Arabic. (قلم رصاص). He strangely looks like a red Pen with Pencil's point.
• Cil is the baby. His name is basically Pencil without Pen. Originally, he was a recommended character by PencilDitz in the BFDI Episode Gardening Hero. He was called 'Pencil & Pen's Baby'.

BFDI Survivor

In the YouTube camp "Battle for Dream Island Survivor", or BFDI Survivor as it is usually called, Pencil is one of the contestants in the game, and is played by Mike Hagen (ChaoEpic121420, bronyboybro, bronyboy12able). However, Pencil only stayed around for 1 episode before closing her account, causing her to be eliminated. In the first Rejoin Challenge, Pencil (now bronyboybro, same person) did the challenge too late, causing her chances to rejoin to go null.

Running For Vice President (parts 1-present)

She is in team Yoylecakes. Her personality in this story is kinder and caring than her jerky attitude in BFDIA. She shows affection to Pen (Chapter 2c).

Anthony's BFDI/II Camp

In Anthony's BFDI/II Camp, she is also a contestant (as sandro shubitidze previously jay28jay2) who is eliminated at the 1st elimination and rejoined at 5C/6A.

BFAH

Pencil was one of the veterans to join the game, joining the Orange Rubber Bands. After Yellow Face joined as the last contestant and Match got sent to the TLC, she had a conflict with YF, even though they were on the same team, going so far as voting for him in the 1st Cake at Stake, where they weren't even at risk of elimination. However, thanks to the illegal voting, Pencil went to the TLC, being the 1st ORB to go there. However, in Day 6, she rejoined, because Needle slapped her out after calling her Needy. However, she got eliminated AGAIN because of her slight rudeness, and not getting much screentime.

Ultimate Object World

Pencil started the show safe from elimination, but as soon as she was put up for the 1st double elimination, she got eliminated due to her personality in BFDIA, along with Match.

Battle for Emerald Island

She was nice in episode 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

BFDIA Randomized

Pencil was originally a contestant on Team Ice, however, in Episode 5(a) Pencil forms team freesmart with Match, and the contestants to join the team would be Book, Ruby, Match, Ice Cube, and Firey, Pencil was the team captain of Freesmart. Pencil was eliminated in Episode 10 with 3 votes.

Jacknjellify's War of The Worlds

Since she is taking a break and Objects too at night. As they saw a five of Martian Cylinder falling to forest like a shooting star. One day, she enters forest since she just saw five of Martian Cylinder and objects too.

Battle for Dream Island Again Do-Over

Her role in BFDIADO remains largely the same, but the FreeSmart Van got destroyed at the base of Yoyle Mountain instead of with Evil Leafy. This resulted in the delayed appearance of the FreeSmart SuperVan, but it was confirmed to appear in Turn on the Lights when WOAH Bunch caught up to them. When they got in the power plant, Pencil scolded Ruby when the latter was pushing buttons at random. This is what caused her elimination in the next episode.

Battle For B.F.D.I Redone

Her personality heavily differs from her usual one, and instead she simply wants to make up for her past actions, especially with Bubble. While doing this, she seems to be interacting with more contestants like Pillow and Pie. Although her best friend has been eliminated, Pencil has yet to be kicked out of the game.

Hosts vs. Objects

She appears as one of the contestants that were infected by Marker.

Cootie Appearance

Pencil is a near broken and decaying contestant.

BFDI Star-Bling Timeline

Season 1

In Star-Bling BFDI 1A, Ice Cube joined Pencil's alliance as an official member. Therefore, Ice Cube is a Squishy Cherry. Ice Cube tutors Pencil kindness, which gave her character development, and in turn, Pencil taught Ice Cube self defense. Pencil became a repeating winner due to having won Total Firey Island previously. Pencil bans Flower, Spongy, Snowball, Golf Ball, Rocky and Pin from Dream Island, and Flower forces Spongy, Snowball, Golf Ball, Rocky and Pin to steal Dream Island with her. Spongy, Snowball, Golf Ball, Rocky and Pin didn't want to because they might be able to improve come next season, but agreed because Flower is unhinged at this point in this timeline. This leads to Flower and Woody's deaths which they somehow managed to fake...

Season 2

Pencil became more considerate to her teammates here, and her loyalty to the alliance she formed is shown here, as Pencil is the first to comfort Match when many overlooked her. She also shows great disgust against Coiny's bad behavior, and started to think if letting him on Dream Island was a good idea. Pencil may still be aggressive, but the compassion she got from the first season is still intact. She is also willing to give good advice to those who either: doubt themselves, or wanted to do better than last time.

Season 3

Pencil and Bubble actively seek bullies who are picking on certain contestants. Teardrop, being one of FreeSmart, was being picked on by Liy and several people when they force her to talk, so Pencil and Bubble deal with them while Ruby heals Teardrop's mouth insides. Pencil's devastated when she was forced to kick Firey, Leafy and Gelatin out of FreeSmart due to the team member count restriction. However, she makes up for her tenure by giving everyone on her team a turn to lead. Many of the ideas most contestants on THE ALLiance have are absurd, yet they are enough to work.

Pencil's aggressive game strategy, unlike the rest who use over the top plans, were at least sensible enough. When the show splits, Pencil gave Ruby the advice of being confident in herself, and that Pencil knew better that Ruby cannot be dependent on Pencil forever. Parting ways, Pencil gave Ruby one last hug, and the FreeSmart Supervan is actually a gift for Ruby. And who can forget Ruby's dress, which Ruby still keeps but forgot to wear during the entirety of BFB. But tragically, Pencil's Post-Split tenure was cut short when some teams decided to vote her AND Bubble out to spite Match.

Season 4

Pencil makes a minor role in the season due to having finished competing. It turns out Pencil's alliance had to disband because Match has reached Podium Finish, only losing to Taco but beats Lollipop. With all of Pencil's alliance members being finalists, Pencil, Bubble, Match and Ice Cube have no reason to compete anymore, they just have to wait until Dream Island is found. Pencil and Bubble are in Yoyle City, attending The FreeSmart Express, transporting holiday makers to the city from various small towns scattered around North Goiky. She keeps in touch with Book to see how Ruby's doing without her. Pencil was surprised when she heard Ice Cube is desperate to compete again.

• Since Total Firey Island was the first ever object show created, Pencil was the first ever object character to win a show.
