Arthur Cayley Headlam (født 2. august 1862 i Whurlton i County Durham, død 17. januar 1947) var en britisk teolog og biskop.

Headlam var sønn av den anglikanske prest Arthur William Headlam (1826–1908) og hans hustru Agnes Favell.^[4] Historikeren James Wycliffe Headlam var hans lillebror.

Han ble utdannet ved Winchester College og New College i Oxford. Han var fellow ved All Souls College fra 1885. Han ble ordinert i 1888, og ble rektor for Welwyn i 1896. I 1900 giftet han seg med Evelyn Persis Wingfield.^[4]

Headlam var professor i dogmatisk teologi ved King's College London 1903-16, og ved Oxford 1918-23, og ble i 1923 biskop av Gloucester. Headlam har blant annet utgitt The Church of England (1924) og Christian Unity (1930).

Hav var innflytelsesrik innen Church of England mellomkirkelige råd i 1930-årene, der han var formann for komiteen for relasjonene til de episkopale kirker.^[5] Han støttet den protestantiske Rikskirke i Tyskland, og kritiserte Bekennende Kirche. Han er dermed blitt generelt oppfattet som en appeaser.^[6]
