Windscoop Bluff er ein fjellskrent aust-nordaust for Birthday Bluffs på sørsida av Mason Spur på Hillary Coast i Ross Dependency. Skrenten har ei høgd på kring 1000 m . Namnet vart foreslått av geolog Anne C. Wright i den geovitskaplege avdelinga ved New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology i Socorro, som utforska skrenten i 1983-84.
