Catjitzu is a modified form of Spinjitzu invented by Nineko after she left the First Spinjitzu Master. It consists of several new movements that allow the user to jump up or down using the Spinjitzu tornado.

Trivia[]

• When the ninja fall from the bridge in "Island of Darkness," they use Spinjitzu to jump into the air. Also, Kai and Nya did a very high jump on one of the Cloud Kingdom's buildings using Spinjitzu in "Writers of Destiny". This technique is very similar to Catjitzu.
• It shares similarities to Airjitzu.
  • Both are martial arts derived from Spinjitzu created by beings (Nineko and Master Yang) who are not elemental masters but know Spinjitzu.
  • both creators were humans before they were turned to other species by magic (Yang being accidentally cursed which turned him into a ghost and Nineko using dark magic to transform into an anthropomorphic cat).
  • They are mainly focused on movement(Airjitzu for flight and catjitzu for jumping).
  • Additionally,they are no longer used by the original main characters in the TV series who learned them(the Ninja no longer using Airjitzu and the Sons of the First Spinjitzu Master no longer using Catjizu).
    • However, unlike Airjitzu, which is a separate technique from Spinjitzu, Catjitzu is only a name for Spinjitzu tricks invented by Nineko, so it's possible that Wu and Garmagon still use these tricks, just not mentioning it.
