While Nickelodeon and their programming blocks have gone smoothly with their screenbugs and graphic identification, occasionally there have been times with things have gone haywire. This work-in-progress list details times Nick, as well as Nick at Nite and Nick Jr., have had errors with their screenbugs, split-screen credits, graphic identifications, and sometimes even the shows themselves!

The credits first appeared without a promo on the right side and with The Fairly OddParents theme music playing for about 9 seconds, obscuring the live promo preceding the Kids' Choice Awards, but with the announcers' voices intact. At the end, 2 transparent versions of the production endcards (one squished to the left hand side and one sized normally) can be seen on top of the live promo, and once these logos disappear, The Fairly OddParents theme is once again heard for about 5 seconds, completely obscuring the announcers' voices this time. |  |
