Donet McGuiness (ドネット・マクギネス) is a friend of Yuna Akashi's parents from England.
Story[]
Donet was helping Yuna's father research if Chao Lingshen had any connection to Fate Averruncus. While reporting her findings to Yuna's father, Yuna mistook the meeting to be romantic in nature, and began to believe that the two were dating.
When Negi's group arrived in London, she is there to guide the group towards the path to Wales, and she assists Negi's group in entering the Magic Country. Negi and Yuna are shocked to know that the other knows who she is. Currently, she has met up with Takahata and Mana Tatsumiya at the portal to the Magic World.

- Donet first appeared in the manga had her standing next to the Magus in chapter 15, when Negi was explaining Pactios to Asuna, suggesting she may be the Magus' Ministra.
- She wasn't formally introduced until chapter 174.
