Poor Tom is a minor antagonist in JoJolion, the eighth part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventures, serving as the main antagonist of the "Ozon Baby's Pressure" arc.
He's a member of the Locacaca Organization, acts as a supervisor. He's best recognized by his short and overweight body which can mistaken him as a child.

What Makes Him Close to Pure Evil?[]
- He instructed Urban and Doremifasolati Do to capture Mai Mamezuku and eliminate his bodyguards.
- He tricked Jobin into carrying a LEGO mansion build to the Higashikata so he could activate his stand.
- After Jobin followed his orders, he activated his Stand, Ozon Baby, in attempt to kill the entire Higashikata family, including the children.
- He cowardly begged Josuke to spare him, before running away after being freed.
- Obviously, he doesn't show any loyalty or care for his fellow Rock Humans as he didn't get saddened by the death of Urban or his pet.
- While he claimed to have a girlfriend, this doesn't make it a redeeming quality as he's shown to abuse his small size to peek other girls.
- Since the reboot continuity has lower heinous standards than the old one, Poor Tom is able to stand out through his actions.
What Prevent Him from Pure Evil?[]
- While it's true that he's an awful person, he fails the heinous standards to Tamaki Damo who tortured his victims personally, while also kickstarting the plot by killing Yoshikage Kira and Josefumi Kujo.
