His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- When he was the advisor to the king of Corondale back then, he was dabbling in dark magic, planning to spawn a shadow into the town jewel.
- When the king of Corondale went to sleep to think on whether to punish Nar Est for his actions, he poisoned him causing him to later slowly die due to the sickness being incurable.
- What makes this worse is that Nar Est is seen sadistically smiling when Lyra found out he was the one who did it.
- He used his dark shadow on the jewel, succeeding in getting his full power turning him into a large powerful being that is made to cause a handful of harm.
- After Lyra shatters the town jewel causing Nar Est to be just a phantom, he then in a vengeful wrathful rage uses more dark magic on the Jewel which causes the darkness into pieces to terrorize and cause chaos around the world.
- He imprisoned the whole city of Corondale into one big ball, which caused them to be imprisoned for years with no way of getting out, except for Lyra who is the only one who is able to escape.
- Furthermore, since his victims were imprisoned, they lived a depressing life and had no much sign of life with lack of food, supplies, and survival.
- He has killed many champs in the past due to him being to powerful, and after the champions die, they get sent to the afterlife with not that much to live for.
- He constantly sends monsters to attack and kill Niko and Lyra severely endangering them, most of them are huge and would hunt and would attempt to kill them every time.
- He also destroyed many landmarks and killed many species, one example is that he killed almost all the terrapin's with the only one being alive is Chomsky.
- He manipulated Mandok to spy on Niko and Lyra knowing full well that he and Niko and Lyra are friends, using Mandok as a pawn.
- He also used Aura as a pawn, as while he did free her, he only did it as a way to make Aura stay imprisoned at the pools of destiny, and making her die slowly if she escapes the land, causing her to have no friends and also causing her to betray Niko and Lyra later on after meeting them not too long ago.
- Furthermore, Aura was one of the champs Nar Est successfully managed to beat, and while she was the only one to survive, she still lived a depressing life with being imprisoned at the pools of destiny for 200 years, even had a curse that would make her die if she left the island.
- After he gets his power back in the season 1 finale, due to him throwing Niko's sword into the dark jewel, he sends his army to cause chaos around the world, putting many innocent species in danger, he then flicks Niko away back all the way where he started and imprisoned Lyra by trapping her in a cage, also making Rasper attempt to eat Lyra later on.
- Furthermore, this almost causes all hope to be gone as the elders of Corondale are all frozen and accept their fates and say their final words and Nar Est is close to his victory, but gets defeated later on as after he does, the elders of Corondale are unfrozen, saving all of humanity and other species.
- When Niko comes back to face him again, he throws him into the dark void, falsely imprisoning Niko and him coming face to face with the Darkness.
- When he comes back as a human later on in season 2 due to breaking out of his cell, while he is no longer a magical phantom, he is more threatening as he has the ultimate jewel that he uses to abuse it and cause bigger terror and more challenging risks, even going as far as to destroy the world with it.
- He made the darkness creature destroy Niko and Lyra and the Darkness being the biggest threat (due to him being responsible for giving Nar Est his powers) mentally and physically terrorizes Niko and Lyra and makes them go through severe trauma because of this.
- He never shows any remorse for his actions and plays it off like its not a big deal, despite them being inhuman never deciding when to give up and can only be defeated due to pure luck.
- Despite Nar Est having minions, he is cruel and harsh towards them and threatens to do something to them if they screwed up.
- One example is that when Dingle, Doris and Lump failed on destroying Niko and Lyra, he threatened to send Rasper to eat them, what is worse is that he almost did that before deciding to give them another chance, but he only did that just to make them be more overworked for his own goals and not caring about their lives.
- Furthermore, while he did look saddened as he told Rasper to eat them, it was only because he didn't want anything to do with them when they failed.
- One example is that when Dingle, Doris and Lump failed on destroying Niko and Lyra, he threatened to send Rasper to eat them, what is worse is that he almost did that before deciding to give them another chance, but he only did that just to make them be more overworked for his own goals and not caring about their lives.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is only civil to his pet Rasper, while he is mean sometimes to him to, he mostly treats him with respect and is not full on harsh on him, with a big example being that when Rasper figured out that Niko was the champion that Lyra was looking after, he called him a genius, although he did also say that he stated the obvious, but that did not detract that Nar Est does have decent respect for Rasper.
- While he is taken very seriously and is still portrayed as an extremely dangerous threat most of the time, he does have some comedic moments that do have a slight detract from his heinousness, such as him getting crossed in disappointment when Rasper thinks he told a joke. him ducking due to one of his monstrous creations (which is an evil monkey) going crazy and jumping across the throne and outside. him stopping his evil laugh when Rasper does not laugh, causing him to tell him why isn’t he laughing, and him changing his mind about it while crossing his arms when Rasper said “you want me too?” him watching Niko and his friends battle his minions while eating fruit. his alter-defeat in season 1, as he is seen crossed in disappointment and telling Rasper to stop when he is pecking on the glass. and his defeat in season 2, as after his memory got wiped out by Lyra to defeat him, he in a confused tone asks who she is and acts excited when Lyra tells him she's a princess afterwards, completely forgetting everything.
