Tom Brokaw (b. 1940) is a popular television journalist and is the former anchor for NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw.

Brokaw contributed a Granola recipe for Miss Piggy's 1996 cookbook, In the Kitchen with Miss Piggy.
