The festival is covered live at the park on WORM-TV by host Downtown Julie Brown, who introduces some of the bands and musicians who will be performing today: the Tokyo Worm Quartet from Japan, Gooey Armstrong from New Orleans, Gloria Esteworm from Cuba, Wormsmith Black Mambazo from South Africa, and Squiggy Marley from Jamaica. However, her favorite group, Slimey and the Polka Worms, have not shown up yet. Where could they be? | |

He can't play in the festival without it, and after first displaying some doubt about fixing it, Luis goes to get some tools while Maria tries to bend the heavily-flattened tuba back into shape. | |

Meanwhile at the festival, a Russian worm band known as the Flying Rachmaninoffs perform a piano concerto, each member pressing a different key to make the music. After the performance, Julie gets a bulletin that Slimey may not be able to show up to perform. | |

Back at the Fix-it Shop, Slimey attempts to play the tuba, but it makes a sour duck sound. Maria and Luis continue to work... | |

Next on the festival program, reggae artists Squiggy Marley and the Mud Makers sing "Everyone Makes Their Own Music." After the song, Julie reports that the reason for Slimey's delay is due to the damage of his tuba, which is being fixed right now. | |

By now, Slimey's tuba is still not in good enough condition to be played at the festival, sounding like a shrill whistle. Everyone feels very sad about Slimey's loss... until Telly remembers that he can just loan Slimey his own tuba! He runs off and tells Slimey he'll meet him at the music festival. An ecstatic Slimey begins to dance around happily. | |
