OGLE-TR-56 adalah bintang 17 magnitud terletak kira-kira 1500 parsec dalam buruj Sagittarius.[1] Bintang ini disenaraikan sebagai bintang berubah-ubah jenis bergerhana dengan gerhana kerana jalan planet dijelaskan dalam kertas penemuan.[5]
