What's Wrong with Counterfeit Products?
Producing and distributing counterfeit products is illegal.
My Favorite Things products are made in the USA with the highest quality photopolymer and American-made steel. We take exceptional pride in the quality of our MFT branded items and consistently strive to ensure our customers enjoy the best possible stamping and die-cutting experience. We're a family run business and want our customers to feel like a part of the family as well. Promising the highest quality products is how we treat family. Counterfeit products are of inferior quality and may produce results you're not satisfied with — we want to prevent that from happening. We cannot guarantee the safety of using these products as the standards for the materials used are unknown or non-existent.
We value our team of artists and designers and compensate them accordingly. Purchasing counterfeit products robs our artists of their full and deserved compensation. We're committed to ensuring their value is recognized and rewarded.
What We're Doing About It
We continue to do everything possible to protect our brand. In addition to retailer policies that are designed to protect against counterfeit product being distributed, we employ counsel to pursue legal action in an effort to have counterfeit products and stolen artwork remove from the marketplace.
We do not authorize our retailers to distribute products through 3rd party sites such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, and others.
How to Identify Counterfeit Products
To ensure you're purchasing genuine MFT products, shop directly from My Favorite Things or one of our authorized retailers. Products that don't include a header card, UPC, or product labeling should always be seen as suspect.
If you suspect counterfeit products are being sold, you can report it to us by emailing counterfeit@mftstamps.com or by simply clicking the link below. Any information you can provide helps us protect our brand, our artists, and our customers.
