This page is for milestone announcements that concern the many projects of the Wikimedia Foundation in their many languages, the ensemble often referred to simply as "Wikimedia". If you want to make such an announcement then please post it here and if you can translate it, then please also post it to the correct language above.
In particular, this page lists article-count milestones. Recommended ones are 100, 500, 1k, 2k, 5k, 5k increments to 20k, 10k increments to 100k, 50k increments to 200k, 100k increments to 1M, 500k increments to 2M, 1M increments to 10M. Try mixing things up with other milestones, such as active users or new articles per day.
