As part of [[Operation Ragnarok]], [[Dr. Weil]]'s forces took control of the area and it was altered drastically to overheat, scorching the area and turning its surroundings into a desert. The desertification is spreading towards [[Area Zero]], and [[Zero (Mega Man Zero series)|Zero]] has the [[mission]] to stop it, destroying [[Sol Titanion]]. 

== Layout ==
This is one of  the few [[Mega Man Zero (series)|Zero series]] stage that is entirely vertical.

The [[weather]] of the stage can be set to sunny or cloudy, which affects how much time Zero has to stand on the open before overheating and taking damage, the heat percentage being indicated on the top of the screen (the percent goes up to 100% and then Zero starts taking continuous damage until the player finds a safe spot.) There are also four generators in this stage that the player needs top destroy. Two are in the first part of the stage, the second two after the miniboss.
