Lemuria is the term the people of Atlantis call the planet of humans, normally known as Earth.
It is where a large part of the story takes place. Ataraxia defends the planet from the attacks of the Vatlantis empire. Reiri Hida is the captain of Ataraxia. Heart Hybrid Gear are the only effective weapons that Lemuria has against Vatlantis. Certain highly skilled Heart Hybrid Gear pilots have displayed the ability to defeat Vatlantis forces via conventional weaponry and artillery, such as Aine Chidorigafuchi. Lemuria has multiple HHG teams.
Earth has mostly been destroyed by Vatlantis. Megaflots are the only places where humans can still live a rather decent life, albeit still be attacked by Vatlantis forces.
At the end of the series, the two worlds make peace.

- The anime takes place entirely on Earth. Several flashbacks, especially that of Chidorigafuchi Aine do show Vatlantis but does not elaborate on its nature.
