Peter Parker, also known as Spider-Man, is a superhero who comes from a dark version similar to other universe's past.
History[]
This Peter Parker hails from a universe that is perpetually in the 1930s. There is also no color in this universe with everything appearing in black and white like an old-time noir movie. The death of Peter's Uncle Benjamin inspired him to become the costumes vigilante known as Spider-Man. In this universe Peter Parker is a private investigator that investigates crimes and fights Nazis as Spider-Man.
Peter was pulled into an alternate universe along with several other versions of himself and Spider-Women to one where their Peter had died. Spider-Man became obsessed with a Rubik's Cube because of its various colors since his home dimension had no color. Spider-Man joined forces with these other spider heroes to stop Kingpin from activating a machine called the Super Collider which would create a black hole and suck New York City into it.
Miles Morales returned to Aunt May Parker's house and frantically informed the Spider-Gang that the Prowler was really his Uncle Aaron. However, Miles was followed, and they were attacked by Prowler, Doctor Octopus, Tombstone and Scorpion. Spider-Man and the Spider-Gang fought the supervillains and tried to keep the override key away from them.
Just as Spider-Man and the Spider-Gang got to Kingpin's base with the override key, Kingpin had just activated the Super Collider. Spider-Man Noir defeated Tombstone and helped the Spider-Gang defeat Scorpion. Miles then used the override key on the Super Collider which allowed Gwen, Spider-Man Noir, Peni, and Spider-Ham to return home. Spider-Man Noir took a Rubik's Cube with him because he was still obsessed with it.
Spider-Man displayed the Rubik's Cube at the World's Fair. Due to the Rubik's Cube's unique colors in this black and white world it and Spider-Man garnered major media attention.
