History

Ka, the Bird of Creation, was an ancient deity in the Pre-Cataclysmic Age.[1]

According to the Pict Brule, the Bird of Creation shadowed the unexplored jungles at south of Thuria as time squalled to birth and its cries echoed within the ancient forest.[4]

Ka was invoked by Gonar the Pict among many other deities, in a powerful spell during the Pre-Cataclysmic Age, circa 18,500 BC.[3]

The Amulet of Ka was an amulet allowing its wearer to possess powers of life and death. According to Verulian tradition, it lied on the highest crags of the unexplored lands to the south of Thuria. For thousands of years, the Bird-Men cheated death thanks to its powers. The Bird-Men's elder sovereign, Ravian, also possessed a blade, forged of metal fallen from the skies, that granted violent death in the name of Amulet of Ka itself.[4]
