Synopsis for "A Grave Mistake!"

Daredevil is being kidnapped by the Unholy Three. The Black Widow tries to stop them, but only manages to take down Bird-Man while the other two escape with Daredevil. Daredevil is taken to a cemetery where he is delivered to Death-Stalker, who then kills both Ape-Man and Cat-Man. Death-Stalker reveals that he was once the Exterminator and how he escaped the displaced timeline that Daredevil had trapped him in. Daredevil and Death-Stalker then fight. At the height of the battle, however, Death-Stalker miscalculates his attack and re-materializes in this dimension too soon, solidifying while passing through a tombstone. As a result, he is immediately killed by being actually, physically sliced in half.
