The Light Dancer is one of Princess Daisy's karts in Mario Kart DS, others being the Power Flower and Standard DS. It looks exactly like Princess Peach's Light Tripper, except it is dark pink instead of light yellow, and has similar stats. It is unlocked by completing all 100cc Nitro Grand Prix cups, just like all other racers' unlockable karts.
It has high speed and acceleration, (same as Light Tripper) average weight, low handling, excellent drift (only below all of Peach's karts), but low items. Despite its low handling, its mini turbo is average, which is hidden to the player. It also has similar stats to Mario's Shooting Star kart.
It shares its speed with Mario's Shooting Star, Luigi's Standard LG and Waluigi's Standard WL. It shares its acceleration with Mario's B Dasher, Standard MR and Shooting Star and Luigi's Streamliner. It also shares its weight with Mario's Shooting Star. It shares its handling with the Standard DS, and shares its drift with the Standard DS as well.
Mario and Bowser can use the Light Dancer once the player completes all 150cc Nitro or Retro Grand Prix cups, and all racers can use the Light Dancer once all cups in the Mirror Class have been completed.
