Charold lives in the Underwhere. He charges four coins to ferry Mario across the River Twygz. Despite, Mario able to swim across the River Twygz. Although it is slightly safer to ferry with Charold, because there is no chance for an Underhand to damage the player.

Etymology[]

Charold is named after Charon, the boatsman of the River Stix in the Underworld as told by Greek Mythology.
