After a stressful day at school, Naomi comes home to greet her mother. Mrs. Okuyama tells Naomi that she purchased some bras from an underwear sale in town and asks her to try them on. Naomi replies that she doesn't like wearing bras. Her mother was perplexed, as Naomi had previously told her that she was happy to wear a bra while playing sports. Naomi clarified that she felt embarrassed as she was the only girl in her class that was currently wearing one. Mrs. Okuyama tried to reassure Naomi that all girls will one day wear one and that Naomi merely grows faster than other girls. She hands the bag to Naomi again and asks to try them on, saying if the size was wrong she would exchange them later.
