The unknown woman best known as Alice May is a supporting antagonist in Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated. An enigmatic teenage girl, she worked for Mr. E and took up several monster disguises, such as the Ghost Girl or later as Obliteratrix.

She was voiced by Hynden Walch.

What Makes Her Magnificent?[]

  • Upon being hired by Mr. E to deliver the yearbook to Mystery Inc. in an inconspicuous manner by pretending to be the upset daughter of the Creeper who decided to pretend to be the Ghost Girl to get revenge, she quickly got to work seducing Randy and convincing him to go to prom with her, and then proceeded to kidnap him in the car to make it look like she was doing the usual culprit schtick of "making the monster look real".
  • Alice pretended to fumble with her locker in order to lure Fred in to help her, while also allowing Daphne to see the code, allowing her to break into it later.
  • To make herself look as suspicious as possible so that she'd get caught quicker and be able to give them the yearbook quicker, she attacked Daphne while she studied the mystery overnight in the library before pretending she was in the showers at the school because she hadn't had water turned on at her house, before letting Daphne see her walk into the basement, all to build a level of distrust and also interest Daphne in her house.
  • When Daphne takes the bait and steals the paper in Alice's locker with her address on it, she specifically gave the address of a cemetery to, again, make it look like she wanted to genuinely seem like a monster.
  • Upon spotting Daphne and Scooby, she chased them as the Ghost Girl, luring them plus Velma and Shaggy to the crypt, where they'd find the tomb of Deacon Carlswell, the Creeper, making them think of a possible connection there.
  • When Fred decides to turn down her prom invite, she feigns rage in order to make it look like she plans to attack the prom, making it more obvious what she's up to.
  • She attacks the prom and then chases the gang, making sure they find the basement in which she hid her bag, containing her clothing and the Creeper's costume, allowing them to prove she's not a ghost, as a ghost wouldn't need extra clothes.
  • While she gets very easily caught in the gang's trap, it was more than likely intentional, as her end goal was being arrested.
  • By the end of her first appearance, she successfully had duped the gang into believing they had solved the mystery when all they ever did was follow the clues she laid out intentionally meant to get herself arrested, allowing her to "forget" her bag with the yearbook in it, allowing Mr. E to continue his schemes.
  • Soon enough, she returns as the Obliteratrix, a "ghost" assassin with a ton of cool and badass moments with the fake motivation of tearing the gang apart and the real motivation of luring out Professor Pericles to take his piece of the Planispheric Disk by putting the gang in danger.
  • She quickly gets to work as Obliteratrix, pretending to blow up the Mystery Machine to lead the gang into a trap later, and terrifying them with the special effects of her presumably fake bombs.
  • When the gang track down the Mystery Machine, she reveals it was all actually a trap before attacking them again, firing several definitely real bombs that cause real damage, unlike the old ones.
  • When the gang and Hatecraft escape her, she uses the cloaking device to hide in the Mystery Machine's trunk, knowing they'll come to take the evidence out of the trunk, giving her an opening to attack.
  • While she does attack a cardboard cut-out on accident, getting herself caught in a trap, she quickly thinks on her feet and recovers, using her cloaking device again so that they'll think she simply disappeared, allowing her to easily escape the trap, making her one of the few Scooby-Doo villains to ever get caught in a trap and then escape it without being unmasked.
  • She manages to take out the entire Mystery Inc. team, and likely would've lured Pericles out had Angel Dynamite not decided to go against Mr. E and intervene.
  • While Angel Dynamite beats her, it's only after a tense fight scene where Alice nearly sends her falling to her death, and is the only time Alice is ever properly defeated.

What Makes Her a Baddie?[]

  • She kidnaps Randy to sell her scheme.
  • She pushes a bookshelf at Daphne, nearly crushing her.
  • She stalks the gang at the cemetery before chasing them to the crypt.
  • She leaves prison, unlawfully if Sheriff Stone's later comments are to be believed.
  • She steals the Mystery Machine and pretends to blow it up.
  • She attacks the gang with bombs several times, endangering their lives.
  • She threatens to kill the gang before trapping Fred, Velma, and Daphne with nets.
  • She assaults Hatecraft, kicking him hard, making him collapse.
  • She ties her whip around Shaggy and Scooby, before slamming them into the ground.
  • She fights Angel Dynamite, and nearly sends her to her death down a pit.
