No indication this "rivalry" meets WP:GNG or WP:NRIVALRY. Unsuccessful in finding national sources that indicate this was ever considered a major "rivalry", which makes this article original research. UAB since disbanded their program, so its unlikely they will play again. Prod removed with no rationale by an IP user with a history of disruptive, non-explaination prod removals. Delete.
