Spelling
[edit]Hi, I notice you are americanising (or should that be americanizing?) spelling of some articles, just thought I'd point you towards the guidelines on this in case you have not seen them already - SimonLyall 10:07, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
Panorama
[edit]Just wanted to let you know I used the new "wide image" format on your Catalina panorama on the Santa Catalina Island, California page. Lots of detail visible now. Great work. jengod 02:31, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
Would like me to add to your user page? (Please reply on my talk page.) Happy editing! S.D. ¿п? § 22:37, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

Hello Tcpekin, an automated process has found an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, such as fair use. The image (Image:Sporescreen.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Tcpekin. This image or media will be removed per statement number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media will be replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. The image that was replaced will not be automatically deleted, but it could be deleted at a later date. Articles using the same image should not be affected by my edits. I ask you to please not re-add the image to your userpage and could consider finding a replacement image licensed under either the Creative Commons or GFDL license or released to the public domain. Thanks for your attention and cooperation. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 19:48, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
St. Augustine High School
[edit]Thanks for your note. There are three reasons that edit was reverted. 1) the same IP address had just vandlaized several other pages. 2) changes to numbers with no explanation or source are suspicious. 3) school hours are not encyclopedic. ·:·Will Beback ·:· 05:24, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
Thanks...... again
[edit]Thanks for signing my autograph book....... again. I really appreciate it. -- ThinkBlue (Hit BLUE) 19:41, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
NowCommons: File:Catalina.jpg
[edit]File:Catalina.jpg is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:Santa Catalina Island California Panorama.jpg. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[File:Santa Catalina Island California Panorama.jpg]]. Note that this is an automated message to inform you about the move. This bot did not copy the image itself. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 22:12, 2 September 2009 (UTC)
ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!
[edit]Hello, Tcpekin. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
The article Artificial wave has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
This doesn't appear to be a clear concept, and has no references
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Boleyn (talk) 19:21, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
