Mislabeled Image -- Needs Replacement
[edit]The image of "Siddhacharya poet Kanhapada" is misidentified. The Tibetan inscription clearly says "rtsom mkhas mkha la gshegs pa bhu su ku" or "The Flying Wordsmith, Bhusuku" (Bhusuku is none other than the great Shantideva). This presents us with two courses of action: either we change the name in the caption from Kanhapada to Shantideva/Bhusuku or we change the image to a picture of Kanhapada. I suggest we do the latter, as Kanhapa (aka Kanha, Kanha-pada) is more readily associated with the sahaja tradition (than Shantideva) and is mentioned by name in the accompanying "Origins and Buddhist Sahajayana" section of the article.
For example, one image of Kanhapa(da) can be found on wikimedia commons here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Kanhapa.jpg
I know that some editors have strong opinions about changing images as it has a major impact on the overall aesthetics of the page, I wanted to open this up for discussion before making any changes. Put simply, I am fine with any image of Kanha/Kanhapa/Kanhapada/Krishnapa/Krishnacharya as long as the "name matches the face," so to speak.

[edit]Sahaja and the Chinese / Daoist term 'zi ran' clearly have overlapping semantic fields but is there any actual evidence of a historical connection between Hindu and Buddhist sahaja teachings and Daoist teachings on zi ran? --Nio-guardian (talk) 14:48, 7 June 2011 (UTC)
are the categories correct?
[edit]how much more relevant is sahaja in hinduism than in buddhism? it's currently classified as a hindu concept, but not a buddhist one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.93.205.248 (talk) 21:05, 15 October 2011 (UTC)
- I went ahead and added some material which clarifies the tantric Buddhist origin of this spiritual idea and practice.(Javierfv1212 - Sabbe Satta Sukhi Hontu)
