Piano player
[edit]Odd that the piano player is parodying a song by Tom Lehrer, but isn't based on him, although I guess we have to believe the commentary. King Rikk (talk) 10:17, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
I don't think that he's parodying Tom Lehrer. He is parodying a different political satirist.
Isn't the cartoon "I'm Just a Bill" a cultural reference?
Springfield location
[edit]I found it interesting to note springfield is located in South Dakota in at least two episodes. Ones being this one, and the other being a recent episode called Loan-a Lisa is pointed on a map in that general area or actually around oregon. In the movie it boarders most midwestern states. Most references are the midwest-to-west and never the eastcoast lool/
