Rugby League claim
[edit]User:Zombie433 - You have added to this page that Hester was a professional Rugby League player, and referenced this with his FIFA profile. The reference, however, supports neither the professional claim, nor the Rugby League claim - it only says he is a "former rugby player". Whilst I accept that he may have been both those things, and even played internationally, I can find no true reference for any of these claims, and "former rugby player" could easily be amateur and Rugby union as opposed to professional and Rugby League. Please provide a valid reference that actually verifies the claims or it will again be removed under WP:V which "requires that anything challenged...be attributed to a reliable source....and that the source directly support the material in question" --ClubOranjeT 13:00, 16 June 2010 (UTC)
- this (page 33) is the most comprehensive bio I can find and it fails to mention anything about Rugby Union or League - in fact it claims he realised his limitations as a football player and turned to refereeing to stay involved in the game.--ClubOranjeT 13:28, 16 June 2010 (UTC)
