The article is well written and comprehensive. A few comments:
- The Type 39s were fitted with a pair of geared steam turbine sets, each driving one propeller, were designed to produce 32,000 shaft horsepower (24,000 kW) using steam from four high-pressure water-tube boilers which were designed to propel the ships at 33.5 knots (62.0 km/h; 38.6 mph). can be written more concisely as "The Type 39s were propelled by a pair of geared steam turbines powered by four high-pressure water-tube boilers, which created 32,000 shp, giving her a maximum speed of 33.5 knots" In its current form the sentence is unnecessarily repetitious and has an extra 'were' in the first part. - Don't want to get rid of the reference to the number of propeller shafts since that's in the infobox. Broke it in half; see how it reads now.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 03:30, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
- That's fixed it. Kges1901 (talk) 14:48, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
- r. Anti-aircraft defense was provided by four 3.7 cm (1.5 in) SK C/30 AA guns in two twin-gun mounts on platforms abaft the rear funnel and six 2 cm (0.8 in) C/38 guns in one quadruple mount on the aft superstructure and a pair of single mounts on the bridge wings. Unnecessary repetition of 'and'
- Replaced the first "and" with a comma.
- carry 30 mines (or 60 if the weather was good). I am curious as to why weather affected mine capacity.
- Had to do, I think, with how low the boat sank in the water when loaded down at the stern. Unlike British destroyer minelayers, the aft armament was not removeable.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 03:30, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
- Is the exact launch date not known?
- Nope. I think that some records were destroyed when the Soviets occupied the shipyard in '45.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 03:30, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
- escorted the Italian blockade runner, SS Cortellazzo, Could be less awkward as "escorted Italian blockade runner SS Cortellazzo"
- Took out the commas.
- T22, T23, Kondor and the torpedo boats T2 and T5 All of the ships were torpedo boats, so it is not necessary to state 'and torpedo boats'
- Probably
- 2nd Torpedo Boat Flotilla with T22, T2, T5, T23, and the torpedo boat T18 Ditto - by definition torpedo boat flotillas contain only torpedo boats. Also, what flotilla was T22 with before this point or was the 2nd Torpedo Boat Flotilla her original assignment?
- Unknown, sources only occasionally mention composition of the flotillas.
- Now assigned to the 5th Torpedo Boat Flotlla, T22, Kondor, Falke and the torpedo boats Greif and Möwe Typo and Ditto
- This is still outstanding. Kges1901 (talk) 14:48, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
- Fixed the typo now. L293D (☎ • ✎) 14:51, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
- with torpedoes with complete surprise unnecessary repetition of with
- Done by Sturm. L293D (☎ • ✎) 14:53, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
- link Münsterland, perhaps mention what exactly her cargo was
- If only I knew.
- she fired star shell missing word
- What exactly was she doing between June and August 1944?
- Unknown.
- loss of 143 men Is the number of survivors known? Kges1901 (talk) 01:50, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
- Only in the aggregate between all three boats. Thanks for the review.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 14:29, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
