Racial Stats
[edit]This article claims that ~99% of prisoners executed by Ohio are African American. One only need to look at the mug shots of executed inmates to see that this number is made up. There is racial inequality in the application of the death penalty, but this un-cited statistic is wrong, so I am deleting it. Dwcsite (talk) 23:40, 22 October 2011 (UTC)
- There is "racial inequality" in the COMMISSION of violent crime. The application of the death penalty reflects this inequality. The FBI's Uniform Crime Report demonstrates this beyond doubt.
Clemency reports for Ohio inmates
[edit]Clemency reports for Ohio inmates are posted here, at this website link: Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Correction - Clemency Reports. These reports contain a lot of detail and information for certain inmates. Joseph A. Spadaro (talk) 17:29, 29 April 2017 (UTC)
