Marie Khoury (Arabic: ماري خوري; born 4 May 2001) is a Lebanese swimmer.[1] She competed in the women's 50 metre freestyle and 50 metre backstroke at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships.[2][3] She represented Lebanon at the 2022 World Aquatics Championships held in Budapest, Hungary.[4] She competed in the women's 50 metre freestyle and women's 50 metre backstroke events.[4]

She holds the national record for women's 50 metre freestyle.[5]
