Herne Bay RHC is the oldest existing roller hockey club in the world and the most successful English club in national competition.[2][3][4][5].
History
[edit]Herne Bay RHC is a historically successful club having won many titles. These include:
- The World Cup of Nations in 1932[6] and 1938[7][8]
- The National Cup in 1930, 1931, 1932, 1933, 1934, 1936, 1938, 1939, 1940, 1941, 1942, 1943, 1944, 1945, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1955, 1956, 1958, 1963, 1978, 1979[9], 1984, 1992, 1993, 1994
- The National Juniors Cup in 1988, 2008, and 2009
- The National Schoolboys Cup in 1988
- National Division 1 in 1994, and 2003
- National Veterans League in 2001
- National Schoolboy League in 1988[10]
