Richard James Nelson (26 April 1917 - 2 February 1982) was a Canadian voice actor. He had provided voice work for Warner Bros. Cartoons where he voiced Hubie in "Roughly Squeaking" and Rocky in "Racketeer Rabbit". Nelson also provided voice work for other cartoon studios, such as MGM, where he voiced George in Tex Avery's George and Junior cartoons,[1] as well for Walter Lantz Productions, where he voiced various characters in many cartoons produced by the studio and also voiced Woody Woodpecker in one cartoon "Ration Bored".[2]
