超凡邪力

	维迦是最强大的恶魔，甚至能对符文之地之心发起攻击——并且他只会越来越强大！
	用技能攻击一名敌方英雄会叠加1层超凡邪恶层数，击杀英雄或者协助击杀加5层。每层超凡邪恶都会为维迦永久提升1法术强度加成。

Notes

The two effects stack, granting 6 stacks for each enemy champion taken down by an ability, 7 with Baleful Strike.
The abilities do not have to deal damage nor affect the target to gain a stack.

On-unit-kill stacks changed to 2.

	释放一束黑暗能量，对命中的头2个敌人造成80/120/160/200/240(+0.6AP)魔法伤害。
	用此技能击杀一个单位，还会为维迦提供一层超凡邪恶效果。大型小兵和大型野怪会提供2层。

Notes

Killing two enemy champions with Baleful Strike grants +14 AP.
Units killed by Luden's Tempest's passive bolts cannot grant extra ability power.
Baleful Strike will cast from wherever Veigar is at the end of the cast time.

黑暗物质	消耗: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 法力冷却: 8 − 0（基于 Phenomenal Evil stacks）目标范围: 900 效果半径: 112.5 施放时间: 0.25

1.2 秒后，黑暗物质将从天而降，对目标区域的单位造成100/150/200/250/300(+1AP)魔法伤害。每50层超凡邪力被动可以减少该技能10%的冷却时间（可以重复）。

Notes

Units with spell shield or crowd control immunity will still count as passing through the edges. They will become immune to the effects of Event Horizon even after negating them.
