Perciformes sunt ordo piscium classis Actinopterygiorum, olim Percomorphi et Acanthopteri appellatus, qui circa quadragenas centesimas omnium specierum piscium comprehendit.
Taxinomia
[recensere | fontem recensere]Classificatio ordinis est controversa. Ordo usitate definitus paene certe est paraphyleticus. Alii ordines qui fortasse inter numeros Perciformium comprehendi debent sunt Scorpaeniformes, Tetraodontiformes, et Pleuronectiformes. Nonnulli praeterea ex subordinibus nunc agnitis fortasse sunt paraphyletici. Recentius cladus Pelagiariorum definitur qui familias quindecim comprehendit, praesertim subordinibus Scombroideorum, Stromateoideorum, Scombrolabracoideorum, Icosteoideorum attributas, insuper Arripidas, Bramidas, Caristiidas, Pomatomidas, Chiasmodontidas.[1]
Nomina per subordinem vel superfamiliam infra digeruntur, plerumque librum Fishes of the World ('Pisces Mundi') sequentia.[2]
