Aquaponica
Aquaponica (portmanteau ex verbis aquacultura et hydroponica) est ulla ratio quae vulgatam aquaculturam (animalia aquatica sicut decapoda, gastropoda, et pisces in lacubus educati) et hydroponicam (plantae in aqua cultae) in circumiectis symbioticis miscet. In aquacultura usitata, excretiones ex animalibus in aqua accumulare possunt, toxicitatem augentes. In ratione aquaponica, aqua ex ratione aquaculturae ad rationem hydroponicam mittitur ubi opera secundaria a bacteriis nitrificationis in nitrata et nitrita convertuntur, quae nutrimenta a plantis adhibentur, et aqua retro ad rationem aquaculturae tum mittitur.
Quia exstantes agriculturae hydroponicae et aquaculturae rationes sunt fundamenta omnium rationum aquaponicarum, magnitudo, multiplicitas, et genera ciborum in ratione aquaponica cultorum variare possunt sicut in utra distincta agriculturae ratione.[1]
