Beadrix is a character in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby's Epic Yarn.

Physical Appearance[]

Beadrix is blue and green and is made up of multiple squares. She has two small legs.

Kirby's Epic Yarn and Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn[]

She is a tenant that lives in Apartment #201. Dom Woole will request that Kirby fill it with the right furniture in order to invite her. Beadrix plays a bead collecting game with Kirby, in which Kirby will go into a level and have to collect beads in a specific amount of time. Some of Beadrix's bead collecting games can be quite challenging, such as Cozy Cabin and Battleship Halberd.

Etymology[]

Like all the tenants, Beadrix's name is derived from the sub-game Kirby plays with her. In this case, the source would be "bead." Her name is also based on the name Beatrix.

• In the Japanese version, Beadrix refers to herself using the masculine pronoun ぼく (Boku).
• Beadrix is one of the few characters in the Kirby series that Kirby can visit and converse with outside of cutscenes. Others include Daroach, Magolor, and the other inhabitants of Quilty Square.
