Meat Alexandria dons the glasses gifted to him via Terry the Kid from his future self.[1] This allows him to talk to his past-self via time, who is still hooked into the machine in the secret library (in present time), who explains to him that he could not go back in time himself lest they both die due to a time paradox. He continues to explain that the New Generation are good people, and came back in time to save Robin Mask, with Alisa's injuries being accidental in nature. He adds that the Time Chojin are evil and not to be trusted.
The glasses are then absorbed into Meat's brain, allowing him to see and experience all that his future self saw and experienced, including the events from the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne right up until the Demon Seed Arc and beyond. He realises that the Five Disasters want the Trophy Bulbs from the trophy of the Universal Chojin Tag Tournament in specific, and thus why they chose this precise moment in time to make their move. After buying some food, he proceeds to find the Time Warp 8 to make amends. The Time Warp 8 have been struggling due to different fashions and a lack of proper currency, and are thus hungry and happy to see Meat.[1]
