Sectio Worm Acuere (セクティオワーム・アクエレ, Sekutio Wāmu Akuere) is a Mantis-like Worm of Sectio Worm sub-class.
History[]
Due to Koji Iguchi cooprated with Worms, Sectio Worm sub-class shared the information of all Shadow members, a group that had lost its leader So Yaguruma and was temporarily disbanded.
It is first seen confronted a jogging man, who is the former member of Shadow. He mimicked the jogging man's appearance before runs in opposite way of him. Before the jogging man could react, Sectio Worm Acuere spewing toxic bubbles on his body killed him in process.
Later, Yuzuki Misaki and Arata Kagami found the body of the jogging man, so Acuere came back to the scene and decided to eliminate them who on investigating the body. Yaguruma appeared from the bridge and stopped Acuere by shots him with ZECT Gun. Misaki and Kagami then pulls of their ZECT Gun and shooting at Acuere, seeing that there was no way to deal with them, Acuere temporarily escaped from the scene.
Later, he appeared as the jogging man's appearance alongside Pizza Shop Clerk (Mimic), when they targeted a Shadow member, who is the onwer of an import goods store PuRe-PuRe, they reverted to their Worm forms tried to eliminate the onwner, but being stopped by Yaguruma, Kagami and Soji Tendo who visit the store. While Sectio Worm fighting Kabuto outside the store, Acuere is forced to stay inside the store because of Yaguruma's shooting.
Although Acuere attacked in cooperation with a group of Worm (Chrysalis), but with the effort of Shun Kageyama/Kamen Rider TheBee and reunited Shadow's cooperation, the Chrysalises alongside Acuere were all destroyed. TheBee then switches from Masked Form into Rider Form, he delievers a flurry of punches to Acuere, before destroyed it by a head-on hit from his finisher Rider Sting.

Movie War 2010[]
Sectio Worm Acuere was revived as part of the Dai-Shocker remnant, Super Shocker. He was part of the group led by Colonel Zol who witnessed the revival of the Super Crisis Fortress. When a newly revived Tsukasa, Natsumi, Yusuke, and Kaito arrived, he fought with Jaguarman against Natsumi as Kiva-la but was quickly defeated. He was then destroyed alongside many Super Shocker monsters and soldiers by the four Riders' combined finishers.[Kamen Rider Decade: The Last Story]
Personality[]
Having received information about Shadow members, he and Sectio Worm stubbornly attacked the relevant memmbers, and also mimicked themselves as them to further targeting other remaining members of ZECT.
Unlike Sectio Worm, Acuere would also came back to his murder scene and attacks Kagami and Yuzuki, who tried to investigate the murder scene, tried to eliminate all evidence.

- Human Mimicry: Like all Worms, they can take the form of any human they see, duplicating their memories as well.
- Clock Up: Like all molted Worms, they can trigger Clock Up, gaining the ability to move at incredible speeds while still observing the world around them at normal speed.
Abilities:
- Toxic Bubbles: Sectio Worm Acuere is capable of spewing white toxic bubbles from their mouth to assault victim, emitting electric shocks and died.
Arsenal:
- Scythe: Personal weapon and also use to execute his victims. The scythes armed on the head, shoulders, and left arm.

- Sectio Worm Acuere's suit is identical to the Sectio Worm except the head, this case is the same with Butterfly Orphnoch and Giraffe Orphnoch in Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost.
