Santa Parka Ghost.
Santa Damashii (サンタ魂, Santa Damashī, lit. "Santa Soul") is an alternate Christmas-based form of the Ghost Riders themed after Santa Claus, the legendary holiday figure who is loosely based off of Saint Nicholas, the 4th century Greek Bishop who was the Christian patron saint of children and gift giving. Accessed through the Santa Ghost Eyecon, this form bears a currently unknown helmet with a currently unknown faceplate. In this form, the Rider wears Santa's coat & hat and has a Christmas Tree on his mask. The Parka Ghost has jingle bells as makeshift weapons in a manner not unlike Grimm Damashii's G-Pens.

- The fact all three ghost Riders can utilize a Christmas-themed Damashii can be alluded to A Christmas Carol, as there were a trio of Ghosts of Christmas in that story who haunted Ebeneezer Scrooge. Whether or not this was intentional is unknown but nonetheless ironic.
