Kamen Rider: Rider 3 vs. General Black Act (仮面ライダー 3号ライダーたいブラックしょうぐんのまき, Kamen Raidā: Sangō Raidā Tai Burakku Shōgun no Maki) is a manga story written by Shotaro Ishinomori. It was published in the September 1972 issue of Bessatsu Tanoshii Youchien (別冊たのしい幼稚園).[1] It features the debut of Kamen Rider 3.
