Jiro Kakizawa (柿沢 治郎, Kakizawa Jirō) was a prisoner of Seito, and candidate user of the Sclash Driver/Crocodile Crack Fullbottle.
History[]
Longing for a decent way of life, he becomes a candidate for a Kamen Rider aiming to reverse his life but is thrown into a camp for those who have insufficient Hazard Levels.
Jiro's death
After that, he survived as a final candidate along with Gentoku Himuro, but the Hazard Level had not reached 4.0 and he was unable to use the Sclash Driver. In the end, he was killed by the Engine Bro's and Remocon Bro's, by throat cutting.

Jiro Kakizawa is portrayed by Tomonori Mizuno (水野 智則, Mizuno Tomonori), who previously portrayed Mitsuru Kuramochi in Kamen Rider Drive.
