Ino Kabuton (イノカブトン, 83, 98) - A wild boar/Japanese rhinoceros beetle monster who has poison gas in his nose. His human form is a prisoner who taken from prison by Gel Shocker Combatmen; after General Black tells him about the Gel Shocker goal, he orders the Gel Shocker Scientists to turn him into a Gel Shocker cyborg with the powerful combination between a Wild Boar and a Rhinoceros Beetle even he refuses to help Gel Shocker. During his first fight against the transformed Kamen Rider 1, he overpowers him and mortally injured Kamen Rider 1's leg with his Ino Kabuton Horn Gouge. Later he fights against Kamen Rider 1 and overpowers him again until Tobee Tachibana comes pretending to still be wild using a Gel Shocker Combatman's stolen sword to attack Kamen Rider 1 himself while actually aiming at him, cutting his horn. Kamen Rider 1 outmatched him and he transforms himself into Ino Kabuton Spike-Wheel in his final battle against Kamen Rider 1. He was destroyed by Kamen Rider 1's Cyclone Attack.
