Kamen Rider Fubuki (仮面ライダー吹雪鬼, Kamen Raidā Fubuki, lit. "Masked Rider Blizzard Demon") is a character in Kamen Rider Hibiki.

Fubuki's name only appears in the shift table in the first half of the story, and information other than her name is not revealed. However, her name disappeared from the shift table in the second half of the story; with some magazine articles stating she had retired.
Oni Form[]

Fubuki's Oni Form is only seen in the S.I.C. toyline.

- In the original example of S.I.C. Super Collection VOL.2 published in toy magazines, Fubuki is set as a woman, but their gender is not clearly specified.
- It is also stated that her Oni's type is based on the first kanji of her name, which when pronounced singularly, it sounds "Fu" (吹) which means "blow".
- Fubuki shares the same color as Transformed Kyosuke.
- Settings about Kamen Rider Fubuki are not published in the official media.
- In some magazines, she is described as "seems to be retired".
