Closing screens are a notable feature of the Kamen Rider series from the Heisei era onwards. They appear at the end of an episode and usually feature collectible devices that were used in it. In the Heisei Phase 2 era, they also appear in Movie War films at the end of each Rider's segment.

Kamen Rider Ryuki: Episode Final also features one during the closing credits, but no Advent Card is shown.
The end of each episode (except the final episode), several red lines slide across the screen, distorting the image. The scene then shrinks, with the background from the end of the series opening filling in the remaining space.
At the end of each episode, a blue haze obscures the screen before revealing the Change Beetle Rouse Card. The camera then zooms out while rotating to show various other Rouse Cards surrounding it. From episode 18 onward, the even numbered episodes (up to 46) then show the cards flying away before one floats in the middle of the screen, while the odd numbered episodes (up to 47) show stacks of cards flying across the screen before one floats in the middle. Episodes 48 and 49 reverse this pattern. Episode 44 is unique in that it shows two Rouse Cards, with one transforming into the other.
At the end of each episode, with the exception of the finale, the screen fades to black before the title of the episode is displayed alongside Hibiki's emblem.
At the end of each episode, insect wings appear across the screen before pulling away, revealing a fractured pattern along the borders. In the final episode, the end frame is instead bordered by plant stems.
