Svetlana (Russian: Светлана) was a scientist who worked for Lyutsifer Safin. She was a minor henchman; the character appeared in the 2021 James Bond film No Time to Die.
Biography[]
Svetlana worked with Dr. Obruchev on Safin's island, the Poison Garden somewhere in the Sea of Japan/Okhotsk. There she helped Obruchev set about mass-production of Heracles in order for Safin to kill millions and change the course of world history. On Safin's orders Obruchev and Svetlana produced an insurance phial of Heracles tailored for two hostages; Bond's lover Madeleine Swann and her five year-old daughter Mathilde.

Safin's Island
Shortly afterwards, Bond and another Double-O operative, Nomi, infiltrated the island to rescue them and destroy its Heracles production facilities. The pair burst into Obruchev's laboratory and rigged it with explosives, with Nomi holding the doctor hostage whilst Bond confronted Safin. When the security forces arrived she and the other workers ran away from lab. It is unknown that she escaped or died when the missles destroyed the whole facilty.
