Billboard Hot 100 er vinsældalisti yfir 100 vinsælustu lögin í Bandaríkjunum. Listinn er gerður af Billboard og er gefinn út hvern þriðjudag. Listinn fer eftir spilunum útvarpsstöðva og sölu vikunnar (streymi, niðurhöl og plötusala).
Fyrsta lagið sem komst efst á listann var „Poor Little Fool“ eftir Ricky Nelson þann 4. ágúst 1958. Billboard hélt þó um sölu platna frá 1940 allt að myndun Hot 100.
