Chapter 450

Information Wars (Part Two) (情報戦 (中編), Jōhō Sen (Chūhen), "Information Warfare (Continued)") is the four hundred and fiftieth chapter of Initial D.

Plot[]

Keisuke finishes a run, and requests a change to his rear traction. He tells Fumihiro that there are lookouts timing their runs, but neither understand why, as they aren't running at full speed yet.

Takumi returns from his run, and tells Matsumoto that he thinks the Eight-Six is ready to race. He notes how long the course is, and how the width keeps changing.
