A Brief Time-Out (インターバル, Intābaru, "Interval") is the three hundred and fifty-eighth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Keisuke and the gang leader are shocked to see each other. The gang leader asks if the local team are causing them any problems, and Keisuke tells him not to worry about it, but asks if he can move his cars. Keisuke tells the rest of Project D that he and the gang leader used to be friends when they were younger. Fumihiro is relieved by the turn of events. The gang leader approaches the local team, and tells them that they made him look stupid, reminding them that he is from Gunma too. He threatens them, leaving them scared. With Keisuke's car damaged, the time trials are called off.
Several days later, Takumi practices on Akina after his delivery runs.
Later, at the gas station, Takumi tells Itsuki that Project D is taking some time off in order to fix the FD.
