Chapter 195

Fear (戦々恐々, Sensenkyōkyō, "Trembling with Fear") is the one hundred and ninety-fifth chapter of Initial D.

Plot[]

The locals dont believe Project D could beat Seven Star Leaf with only one night's practice.

That evening, Toru talks with Shinichi about all the upgrades they've done to his Roadster. He tells Shinichi that he's going to sell the car after tonight's race, regardless of if he wins or loses. Shinichi can't believe he's going to quit racing, but Toru explains that he isn't giving it up, he'll just do it in a less expensive car. He tells Shinichi that he's going to give it all, as it will be his final run with the car.

On the Momiji Line, Takumi and Fumihiro inspect the gutters around the course, noting that they are uncovered. Takumi remembers Ryosuke's earlier advice, that you can get caught on the shoulders of the corner, and wonders if he was talking about the gutters. Fumihiro tells Takumi that its fine for him to not always understand what Ryosuke means, as even he doesn't know what he means sometimes.

At 8pm, the crowd are excited to see how Project D fare against Seven Star Leaf.
